Use this form if you would like an additional user login for your shop in Ustyylit.
If you have employees in your company for which you’d like us to setup a separate login for, please list their info below and Customer Service will setup the login as soon as possible.
The main purpose for this request form is for us to set login permissions for certain employees so that they CANNOT see our wholesale pricing. Then (if needed) we will edit your main login to SHOW PRICING status. If an employee is permitted to see pricing, please have them use your Main Shop login vs setting up more logins for those employees.
